When you contact Brown Swan Counselling, you will be offered a free 15-minute, initial assessment over the phone. During this time, we will discuss your need for counselling and determine if I can offer the best service for your requirements. The next steps will involve arranging our sessions and creating a working agreement together that will outline the boundaries and confidentiality limitations to keep us both safe during our work.

I offer my counselling services to adults and young people over the age of 14 and charge a set fee of £55 per (full hour) session.

I understand that the thought of counselling can be overwhelming and, to begin with, can cause increased levels of anxiety and stress. However, I will try my very best to put your concerns at ease and with hard work, consistency, and commitment from us both, counselling can be a valuable experience of great change and growth.
