About me

Life can get busy, leaving little time to consider a truly fulfilling career path. However, when I had the chance to do this, I knew that I wanted to train as a counsellor. I have always been drawn to helping others, especially those who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health or simply in need of someone to talk to.

My training and personal experiences have shown me the power of genuine, unconditional support and now, as a qualified counsellor, I hope to empower my clients to help themselves.

As a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychology (BACP), I work in accordance with their ethical framework to ensure I provide my clients with a quality service which meets their individual needs.

I feel privileged when clients entrust me with their stories, knowing I'll listen without judgment.

We all need support at times, and I'd be honoured to be a part of your journey.

“I always felt listened to by Karan. I now feel empowered and capable of navigating life’s challenges with a new sense of control.”
